Terms of Service Agreement

PLEASE TAKE A MOMENT TO READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS OF SERVICE AGREEMENT CAREFULLY.

THROUGH THE USE OF THIS SITE AND ITS SERVICES, YOU HEREBY AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL TERMS REPRESENTED IN THIS DOCUMENT. AS A USER, CUSTOMER, OR PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMER, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO FOLLOW THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS BEFORE PROCEEDING TO UTILIZE THIS SITE. IF FOR ANY REASON YOU DO NOT EXPRESSLY AGREE TO ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS, PLEASE REFRAIN FROM USE OF THIS SITE INCLUDING ITS SERVICES.

THESE TERMS ARE GOVERNED BY THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, AND BY THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF OHIO.

TERMS OF USE

For repair services, the customer may pay after all required repairs have been made. There are cases were payment is required before hand and these scenarios will be listed in this document.

There is a 30 Day Warranty on all repairs – Customers will be notified if for any reason, there’s a change in the Warranty time frame.

There’s a flat rate labor charge – Please see the Services Page. Depending on the completion time or complexity of service for some repairs, this labor charge could go up or down. At Geektrafficking.com we will always get the customer’s consent on cost of all repairs before repair services begin.

All repairs are done privately, in-house. Except for services that require house calls such as Router Configuration – for WiFi and Printer Setup. In such events, there is a $100 minimum fee to be paid upfront which represents payment for the 1st hour, after which $1 will be charged per minute ($1 for every minute exceeding the 1 hour mark = $60/hr after the first hour).

Free Diagnostics – Applies to all devices except Desktop PCs and All in One PCs for which there is a $35 charge. This fee is waived if the customer decides for Geektrafficking.com to go ahead with repairs. Diagnostics involve recommendations on parts required and troubleshooting suggestions in order to resolve the issue with the device.

Data – It’s the customers responsibility to back up all data on devices needed for repairs. Geektrafficking.com assumes no financial obligations for loss of data. It’s advisable to back up data on all electronic devices periodically and back up your data before bringing in your device for repairs.

Replacement parts may be purchased either by the customer or by Geektrafficking.com. If the latter is preferred, there must either be a full deposit of the part required, or the device must be dropped off (as collateral), after repairs, the balance for labor is due before receiving the repaired device.

Drop Off hours are between 10am – 10pm as listed on our Services page. Also, arrangements can be made to meet for a pick up of Devices that need repairs. Please remember to include all charging cables, power cords, power adapters, etc… as this is the customer’s responsibility.

For Unclaimed Devices – Any Device that’s not claimed 30 days after repairs will be used to cover repair and labor charges, and therefore claimed by Geektrafficking.com. There will be atleast 2 attempts to contact the customer with the provided phone number and contact information within the 30 day period, after which the device may be reset and reclaimed by Geektrafficking.com

Limitation of Liability – You explicitly acknowledge and understand that Geektrafficking.com and our agents, officers and partners shall not be liable to you for any indirect, punitive, incidental or consequential damages, including but not limited to damages which may be related to the loss of any data, services provided by Geektrafficking.com, defective parts, and other intangible losses.

Since Geektrafficking.com is designed to be interactive, visitors and other third parties are welcome to post comments but we do not endorse any users and we are not responsible for any statements placed by third parties.

GeekTrafficking.com is not liable for any errors in web content and certainly will not affirm any postings that are deemed negative or offensive.

Indemnity – All users herein agree to insure and hold Geektrafficking.com, our subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, officers, partners, and/or licensors blameless or not liable for any claim or demand, which may include, but not limited to, reasonable attorney fees made by any third party which may arise from any content a user of our site may submit, post, modify, transmit, or otherwise make available through our services, the use of Geektrafficking.com Services or your connection with these Services, your violations with the Terms of Service and/or your violation of any such rights of another individual.

Release – In the event that you have a dispute, you agree to release Geektrafficking.com (including its officers, agents, affiliates, partners and other third parties) from claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of, or related to such dispute.
